Aged Care Services

Alpha Omega Aged Care is an approved Commonwealth Home Care Provider.

Home Care Packages are an Australian Government-funded program that supports older Australians who prefer to continue living independently in the safety and comfort of their own home.

We provide Consumer-Directed Care and Home Care Packages: Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 for the elderly and for people living with dementia. Our aim is to support our clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes to maintain a sense of dignity and quality of life. There are no waitlists and services can be adapted to suit your needs.

Services include Personal Care, Allied Health & Therapy services, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Social Support, Outings, Home Modification and Lawn Mowing.

Disability Services

As a registered NDIS Provider, Alpha Omega Consulting is dedicated to delivering quality supports to people living with disabilities. Our trained staff are compassionate to your needs and are ready to support you and others in your life to achieve your goals.

Services include Community Access, Support Coordination, Assistance with Daily Activities, Day Program, Supported Independent Living, Social Work, Therapy Support and many more.
