Hawaiian Snow

Hawaiian Snow is Sydney's favourite mobile food van, bringing colour, sweetness, and good vibes to events across the city and beyond. We specialise in serving up fluffy snow cones, spun-to-order fairy floss, freshly popped popcorn, and our crowd-favourite dirty sodas — all from our vibrant, eye-catching van that's guaranteed to be the highlight of any gathering. Whether you're planning a school fete, community event, birthday party, or corporate activation, Hawaiian Snow delivers a fun and flavour-packed experience that guests of all ages will love.

At Hawaiian Snow, our menu is all about bringing joy in every bite and sip. Our signature snow cones are freshly shaved and drenched in a rainbow of sweet syrups, making them the ultimate refreshment on a hot Sydney day. We pair them with our famous fairy floss, made fresh on-site in a dazzling display that's as entertaining to watch as it is to eat. Add to that our warm, buttery popcorn and our indulgent dirty sodas — layered, flavour-loaded cold drinks that have taken Sydney by storm — and you've got a menu that ticks every box for event catering in Sydney.

Hawaiian Snow is available to cater across Greater Sydney for a wide range of events. We're a hit at school fetes and P&C fundraisers, where our colourful setup draws a crowd from the moment we roll in. We love working with community organisations and local councils for festivals, markets, and public events, and our fun, photo-worthy van makes us a popular choice for birthday parties and kids' celebrations. Corporate teams also love us for office activations, product launches, team-building days, and pop-up brand experiences — nothing gets people talking quite like a dirty soda in hand. If you're looking for event food catering in Sydney that's guaranteed to impress, Hawaiian Snow is ready to bring the fun to your next event.
