Inclusive Customer Service Training (Zero Barriers)
The Zero Barriers team, in collaboration with member councils, proudly presents Inclusive Customer Service training.
The target audience for this training is: representatives from local businesses, organisations and service providers.
The audience will be able to:
- learn about access and inclusion and how it applies to them
- learn about inclusive customer service
- and take away some practical strategies so that they can increase and diversify their customer base and become more profitable.
What is Zero Barriers?
Inclusive and Diverse Communities Inc owns and manages the Zero Barriers Project, which is an inclusion and access capacity-building project. The Zero Barriers team collaborates with member councils and pro-bono collaborator Access Link Consulting, and consults with Zero Barriers advisors (people with lived experience of disability).
