This session is a valuable opportunity to refresh your team’s training, providing practical strategies to manage challenging situations, maintain a safe environment, and ensure patrons feel welcome.

Attendees will also have the chance to share specific challenges they face at their venues, enabling our expert speakers to tailor the session to your needs.
