Published on 10 January 2025
Bradfield Development Authority is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for a mobile food and beverage operator to provide day to day services to the First Building tenants, their visitors and construction workers engaged on other projects by the BDA in Bradfield City Centre from February 2025.
From that point, the workforce population on site on any given weekday is expected to reach up to 100 people, ramping up to approximately 250 people by the end of 2025. BDA will (subject to some exceptions) provide exclusive access for a food and beverage operator to operate from within the boundaries of the First Building site.
What we are looking for
The mobile food and beverage operator is expected to be present on site from approximately 8:30am – 9:30am, and 11:30am – 12:30pm Monday to Friday (subject to exceptions as defined by BDA, such as public holidays) at 215 Badgerys Creek Road, Bradfield NSW 2556. Please refer to the draft Licence Agreement for further details (DOCX, 1.2 MB) .
BDA aspires to reduce waste generation, operate a plastic waste free city, and collect food waste. This includes offering alternatives to single-use coffee cups and plastic food packaging. In addition, vehicles and equipment (e.g. generators) should be energy and water efficient, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. BDA encourages applications from operators who can provide sustainable practices and healthy foods.
Applications will be judged on various selection criteria. Operators are to be self-sufficient - It is a requirement that vehicle/s are equipped with power, onboard water and wastewater management systems. Water and power are not accessible onsite.
