Recognition for long-term Fairfield City Businesses

In 2015, Fairfield City Council held the Fairfield City Centre Lifetime Business Awards, which acknowledged 18 businesses that have operated successfully in the City Centre for more than 25 years.

Following the success of these awards, Council has expanded the awards to include all suburbs of the Fairfield Local Government Area.

The Lifetime Business Awards program will run continuously, with one successful long-term business awarded at each of the Council's ordinary meetings, for a total of 11 awards each year.

Businesses that are run by the original owner or are family owned and have been operating continuously for 25 years or more are eligible to nominate for the Fairfield City Lifetime Business Award. A trophy and a certificate will be presented to the business owners at Council’s monthly meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: A business must nominate itself by using the nomination form below. Public nominations are unable to be accepted. Please read the terms and conditions for more details.
